Our Philosophy

Cadbury Commons is a vibrant residential community for adults where they can be as independent as they like, as intellectually engaged as they desire, and feel as secure as they need. It is a remarkable culture in this day and age.

We recognize the unique qualities of each Resident while striving for a tight-knit community of adults. We offer a continuum of care with programs and services that address the needs of mind, body, and spirit while fostering independence, dignity, and self-worth.

At Cadbury Commons, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and managed Community. We invite you to be at home in a place you know and love.
Family is our way of life.

Independently owned and operated, we pride ourselves on providing personal care assistance in a manner which encourages independence and self-esteem.

Our staff’s first priority is to create a positive, respectful environment for all of our Residents.

From independent, to assisted and memory care (if needed), we know how important it can be to age in place.

We foster open communication regularly with our Residents through various monthly meetings:
  • The Resident-led council (Residents Only)
  • A “Resident Forum" with management to learn of the latest news and updates
  • "Food for Thought" meeting with Director of Dining Services
  • Movie Selection Committee
  • Enrichment Programs/Activities review with Community Enrichment Director
